Our Goal is to transform communities by investing in the lives of families to create sustainable, healthy environments that allow us to thrive together.

Our Mission focuses on revitalizing communities through the acquisition of residential homes that have fallen into disrepair or suffer from disinvestment and neglect, and subsequent restoration of these homes. By investing in the repair of these homes, we plan to transform these homes into vital components of the communities in which they are located. We plan to build community wealth by restoring these homes to habitability and creating affordable housing. We plan to engage other community organizations and city governments as necessary in order to repair these homes, which is a step toward our ultimate goal of enhancing community conditions and building community wealth.

Simply let us know of an empty lot, house, or apartment complex you come across. You can also donate! Cars, money, land, houses, or ask about volunteer opportunities.
